CRYSTALLIZATION OF MARBLE AND STONE FLOOR SURFACES

The Crystallization process is the system we invented in 1960 and which initially gave rise to our company. Since then, our main specialty has been the manufacturing of polishing machines and products related to the crystallization process of stone floors.

“Crystallization” is the name the process was given as it incorporates a tough all over layer of micro-crystals which, by means of the chemical reaction, and by using specific purpose built machines for this application, (correct speed and weight of the machine per square centimetre) and the adequate chemical product, “fuses the stone surface to be treated”. It also increases the hardness of the stone surface by 2 or 3 degrees on the Mohs scale. Crystallization makes the stone surface more resistant to abrasion and gives it a clear and mirror like shine, giving it the appearance of CRYSTAL.
